1. 100% Closed-End Portfolio

Images created during a confidential session will never, under any circumstances, be published in my public case studies. They will not appear on my Instagram feed, will not be uploaded to the portfolio on this website, and will not be shown to other clients as examples “in private correspondence.” Only you have access to this material. There are no exceptions to this general rule — publication is possible only with your direct, informed, written consent.

2. Secure and encrypted data storage

The leakage of source files or finished archives to third parties is completely prevented through technical controls:

• Media Control: All footage is transferred from Canon memory cards to work drives under my personal supervision, without the involvement of third-party retouchers, assistants, or editors.
  
• Encryption: The final package of photos and short video clips is uploaded to a secure, encrypted cloud storage service. A link to your personal online gallery is sent exclusively to you via private messaging.
  
• Deletion Upon Request: Archives are stored in the cloud for 3 months; however, at your first request, the entire session can be permanently deleted from the drives immediately after you download the files.
  

3. Official signing of the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

Our word and professional reputation are the foundation, but if you feel more comfortable having the terms set out in writing, we can sign a formal contract or a standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA). The document clearly outlines the obligations of both parties and the penalties for breach, providing you with full legal protection and peace of mind throughout our collaboration.

The Filming Process: From Isolation to a Premium Result

Confidentiality is maintained not only after the shoot, but also during it.

We completely eliminate the possibility of accidental glances from passersby or acquaintances: shoots take place in secluded spaces—these may be conceptual interior studios with private entrances or rooms at premium five-star hotels in Tbilisi (Rooms, Stamba, Paragraph).

1. Discussion in a private chat: We’ll connect via your preferred messaging app to review references, discuss the concept for the photos, and confirm the exact location. At this stage, we’ll immediately agree on the terms of our collaboration (with an NDA or on a trust basis). The date is reserved once the deposit is paid.

2. One-on-one private session: Only you and I will be present on set. No bystanders. I’ll bring my Godox portable lighting kit and premium lenses, which allow me to transform an ordinary hotel room into a full-fledged fashion set in just an hour or two. I’ll help you relax and guide you on poses and movements.

3. Delivery of an encrypted archive: By the agreed-upon deadline, you’ll receive a personal, secure link to an online gallery where you can download your high-quality, aesthetically pleasing content. If necessary, we’ll completely wipe our work drives.
