Do you help with outfit selection? I don’t know what to wear for the photo shoot.
Yes, styling preparation accounts for 50% of the success. Once you’ve booked a date, we’ll start working together on the concept. I’ll put together a personalized mood board (visual plan) for you with examples of clothing, makeup, and hairstyles. You’ll send me photos of items from your wardrobe, and together we’ll put together stylish outfits. If the shoot calls for something special, I’ll recommend which clothing brands in Tbilisi are worth checking out.
How do you prepare for a photo shoot?
- Step 1. Booking the Date and Time. First, we choose a day that works for you and set a time. Once you’ve made a deposit (50%), that date is officially reserved for you, and we can move on to the creative part.
- Step 2. Developing the concept and mood board. We decide on the style—whether it’s glossy, cinematic street style, or a minimalist studio shoot. I’ll put together a personalized mood board (visual plan) for you with examples of the overall vibe, makeup, and hairstyles.
- Step 3. Selecting outfits and locations. You send me photos of items from your wardrobe, and together we put together stylish outfits that fit our concept. At the same time, we decide on a location: I’ll provide you with a list of the best studios in Tbilisi or cinematic street spots. If the concept requires complex lighting, sound, or clothing rentals—I’ll handle all the logistics myself.
- Step 4. The Shoot and the Atmosphere. On the scheduled day, we’ll meet at the location. No stress: there’s always music playing on set, I’ll fully control the lighting, and I’ll guide you through every movement, angle, and gaze.
- Step 5. Image Selection and Fast Turnaround (up to 7 days). You won’t have to wait months for your photos. Within a couple of days after the shoot, I’ll send you all the raw footage with basic color correction. If you’d like, you can choose the specific shots yourself that will undergo detailed magazine-style retouching. The final result will be ready in just 7 days from the moment you make your selection.

For more complex or urgent projects, you can add the following to any package:
- Professional retouching: ₾30 per photo.

- On-set assistant: ₾100/hour (required for complex shoots involving special on-location lighting, special effects, or quick location changes).
- Travel outside Tbilisi: Charged separately (depending on the distance to the location).
Reservation and Payment Terms:
- Confirming the Date: To reserve the date and time of the shoot, a prepayment of ₾100 is required. Immediately after that, the date is officially reserved for you, and we begin detailed preparations: developing the concept, creating a mood board, and selecting locations.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance of the selected package (minus ₾100) is paid in full on the day of the shoot, immediately upon its completion.
- Special Times: Shoots during early morning hours (before 8:00 AM) or night slots (after 10:00 PM) are subject to a 50% surcharge on top of the base package price.
